The Transparent Beauty of "Nondisclosure"

Here at Insead business school, all of our grades are marked on a Z-curve, which essentially means that there is a normal distribution, and the only way you can fail is if you are more than 3 standard deviations below the mean. Also, there is a "nondisclosure" policy that no grades are allowed to be shared to employers or anyone else, which many of us here think is a great thing.

So in support of grade nondisclosure (even though this is contradictory to my support of "transparency"), I did a quick tshirt design, which will soon be available, either through cafe press or some other establishment that uses non sweathshop tshirts. Thanks to Chris Angell for the encouragement...
