Photo "Challenge Moments" in Washington, DC
November 21, 2006
While in Washtington DC, Cecilia, Curtis and I decided to have "photo challege moments" while on a walk to Whole Foods for groceries. Cecilia had done it once before, and it was super fun and I highly recommend it for any small group where everone has a mobile camera of some some sort. Check out my DC Challenge Moments flickr set for all the photographs. The way it worked is one of us would call out a moment (our four moments were: #1 street corner, #2 gallery with wall projections, #3 parking lot, and #4 a bodega), and then each of us would take only one photograph during the moment.
Then we reviewed with the dinner party guests later that evening to see which photographs won. (This photo was Cecilia's winner from Moment #3). Personally I thought Moment 3 was the best overall moment, with three good photographs, while we all agreed that moment #4 in the bodega was the weakest.
